Aide workers saying the convoy was hit twice with barrel bombs. The second hit targeting people who would rush to the site to help.>> In the evening, exactly in the evening, at 7:30 o'clock, the regime helicopter targeted this place with four barrels.
The attack comes on the heels of an announcement by Syria that a fragile seven day ceasefire, brokered by the US and Russia, is over.
War monitors say the convoy bombing was carried out by either Syrian or Russian aircraft, which also pummeled areas in and around Aleppo with more than 35 strikes.
