When you establish a federal control board that says, that these unelected officials have the power to make major, major decisions impacting millions of people. And they are accountable to nobody from any understanding of what democracy is supposed to be about, that's wrong. My guess is these are people who'll be there frankly to represent the interest of Wall Street, not the interest of the people of Puerto Rico.
