> A care home for the disabled the sight of Japans bloodiest attack, in many years. 19 people are feared dead and dozens more wounded. After a man went on a stabbing spree, southwest of Tokyo, early on Tuesday. Local media say, a 26 year old, former employee, of the facility has turned himself into police and is under arrest.

Further details on the man aren't yet known though reports say he didn't have the knife on him when he gave himself up. Mass killings are rare in Japan. Police say they're investigating motives. According to local media, the suspect told authorities, I want to get rid of the disabled from this world.
