The verdict coming after a crowd funded legal challenge for five party members. Incumbent Corbin retaining strong grass root support. Many new members could also be supporters in waiting.

But that's far from proven And contender, Owen Smith, still has until mid September to make his case. Before then, Labour has hinted it might challenge the decision. A press statement saying the party will study the judgement carefully.
