To Europe's establishment, his policies already have. Wilders want to burn the Quran, close all mosques and take the Netherlands out of the EU.

It's unclear who Voorui will favor. Even if it is Wilders, it's unlikely he'll be able to form a government. All other leading parties have ruled out working with him. But if he does win the most seats it would still be a seismic shock for Europe ahead of elections in France and Germany later this year.
