>> A Chinese Navy warship has seized an underwater US drone, operating in the disputed South China Sea, near the Philippines. The incident Thursday, the first of its kind in recent memory, sparking a formal diplomatic protest from the United States, demanding China return the drone immediately. The US official telling Reuters that the seized drone was lawfully conducting a military survey in international waters to collect oceanic data.
And was clearly marked as US property. According to that official, there's so far, been no response from the Chinese. The seizure will add to concerns about China's growing military presence and aggressive poster in south China sea. As it militarize the artificial islands it build up in the region
