Mexico squares off against Germany Sunday for their first World Cup match. The driver, now in police custody, told Moscow officials that he had not done it on purpose. While the mayor of the city said in a Twitter post, quote, the driver loss control of the vehicle. The city's police said they've opened a criminal investigation into the matter.
