>> Adult film actress, Stormy Daniels, has now sued Donald Trump, alleging that the President never physically signed a non-disclosure agreement with her to keep quiet about an extra-marital affair. It was only signed by Daniels' and Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, according to the lawsuit. And it says it should therefore be void.
>> We believe the NDA will be tossed out. We believe that it will show that Mr. Trump never signed either document, and therefore she is free to tell her story.>> Her attorney made the announcement on Twitter, and referred to the incident as a, quote, hush agreement. The idea is that without an NDA, Daniels would be allowed to talk publicly about any relationship they had.
The President's always denied having an affair. And while Cohen has publicly stated he did once pay Daniel's $130,000, he's never explicitly stated why. He's also said that neither the Trump Organization nor campaign were party to it. Stormy Daniels' real name is Stephanie Clifford. In a 2011 magazine interview, she alleged to have had a sexual relationship with Trump shortly after First Lady Melania had given birth to their son in 2006.
The lawsuit claims their relationship continued into the next year.
