>> Turkish police arresting 13 people Thursday in connection with the triple suicide bombing at the Istanbul's main airport, among them three foreigners. Counter-terrorism police raiding 16 places across the city, including several low income neighborhoods. Turkey blames Islamic State for the attack, which killed at least 42 people, about the same number as still in intensive care.

More details are now emerging about the three bombers. A security source says it's likely at least one was a foreigner. The Prime Minister says the attackers shot at random to overcome security checks. One then blew himself up in the departures hall, one in arrivals, and the third outside.
