A caravan of thousands of migrants who are right now headed to the US to seek asylum, were the constant targets of the President's ire as he campaigned ahead of the midterm elections. The illegal aliens will no longer get a free pass into our country by launching meritless claims in seeking asylum.
>> Critics say the order violates existing law that allows anyone fleeing persecution in their home countries to apply for asylum, no matter how they enter. And that the new rules bottleneck migrants to make it harder to apply. Under this plan, the President is using the same authority he used to justify his travel ban and like that order, this one is likely to trigger a legal showdown.
