In a video posted on Twitter Thursday, Harris's opponent McCready said he withdrew his concession to Harris.>> I didn't serve overseas in the Marine Corps just to come back home and watch politicians and career criminals attack our democracy.
>> On Friday, Harris posted a video on Twitter, saying he was unaware of any wrongdoing and he would, quote, wholeheartedly, support a new election if illegal activity was found to such a level that could have changed the outcome. And while the final result won't affect the overall balance of power, it's causing a stir in Washington.
>> The House still retains the right to decide who is seated. This is about undermining the integrity of our elections.>> The state elections board has said it would hold a hearing by December 21st
