e UK will be leaving the European Union. Results of the country's referendum on membership declared early Friday morning. The out camp prevailing despite some polls showing a late swing away from Brexit. Reuters UK Bureau Chief Guy Faulconbridge says the result will spark turmoil in Britain and around the world.
