That includes both delegates who are locked into voting for her at the Democratic National Convention in July, and the promises of super delegates, the party elites, like governors and members of Congress, who are not required to commit before the convention vote.

But Clinton's rival, Bernie Sanders, isn't giving up yet, his campaign vowing to keep up the fight. And saying super delegates shouldn't be counted in before they actually cast their ballots. Clinton is now calling for party unity, hinting that it may be time for Sanders to finally throw in the towel.
