>> A man accused in the shocking attack against a Texas police officer who was just sitting in his patrol car, now expressing remorse. 31 year old Otis McKane arrested Monday for gunning down San Antonio officer, Benjamin Marconi in cold blood, speaking up during his perp walk.>> I've been through several custody battles.

And I was upset at the situation I was in, I lashed out at somebody that didn't deserve it.>> Do you have anything to say to his family?>> I'm sorry.>> Authorities say the shooter stopped his car behind Marconi's vehicle Sunday morning, walked up, and shot the detective twice in the head, as he wrote a traffic ticket for another vehicle.

The attack led to a massive manhunt. Investigators used a photo of the suspect's car and this surveillance video of McKane facing outside police headquarters just hours before the shooting to track him down. Marconi was one of four officers shot in the line of duty in Texas, Missouri, and Florida on Sunday.
