Who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us.>> The future vice president also declining to ask for an apology from the cast as Donald Trump had demanded in a flurry of tweets over the weekend, in which he also claimed Pence had been harassed.
Pence instead acknowledged that many Americans were disappointed after Trumps victory and tried to assure viewers, the President elect would govern for all Americans. Pence's appearance at the theater came amid boos and cheers. He told his daughter also on hand for the performance that quote, that's what's freedom sounds like.
A regional Hamilton cast member, David Diggs twitting, Hillary was booed at Hamilton during primaries. Abe Lincoln was killed at the theater, Pence was asked to be fair. I say, he got off easy. Trump meanwhile, calling the show highly overrated and the cast's behavior, terrible. Pence on the other hand telling Fox News host Chris Wallace, it's a great show and urging people to see it.
