South Korean President Moon Jae-in sending his condolences to the American student's family and issuing a clear-cut message to Kim Jong-un.>> President Moon says it's the deplorable that North Korea does not respect the universal value of human rights.
North Korea is still holding US and South Korean citizens. They should swiftly return them to their families and our government will make every effort to make that happen.>> Among the prisoners currently held in North Korea, a Canadian priest, who was given a hard labor life sentence in 2015.
As well as two US citizens who worked at a Pyongyang university and a 62-year-old missionary. All three of them, Korean-Americans. Pyongyang says it's its sovereign right to ruthlessly punish US Citizens for crimes against the State.
