He did his constitutional duty in explaining to the British public the economic, the social, the political reasons why this vote matters and why it will matter to many future generations. And it sees to me that the warnings that have come from the governor of the Bank of England, the IMF, the IFS, the senior business leaders, should be taken very seriously by every voter over the next three weeks.
