>> One dead and three injured at a shooting during a New York City concert by rapper TI on Wednesday night. The New York Times says, a 33 year old man was killed at Irving Plaza in Manhattan around 10:00 PM just before TI took the stage. The sound of gunshots spread panic through the concert hall.

>> He was an hour late, but then when he was about to go on, we saw two people up on the VIP arguing. And then everybody just started running, cuz they heard the shots. So we ran outside and then we thought it was okay, then we just heard more shots, so we just kept running.

>> City police say no arrests have been made yet and gave no description of possible suspects. It's the second shooting at TI concert. In 2015, two people were hurt when a gunman open fired at a North Carolina club where the rapper performed.
