The Nerd fight escalating on social media with Musk tweeting Tuesday that Zuckerberg's understanding of the subject is limited, a dig at the Facebook founder who dismissed Musk's bleak outlook as doomsday scenarios.
Reuters correspondent David Ingram.>> Elon Musk has been saying for weeks that there could be killer robots in the future that destroy all of humanity. Mark Zuckerberg countered this past Sunday saying that he thought that was a wrong view, that Musk was a quote, naysayer for wanting to regulate artificial intelligence.
The fact that they are going after each other says something about how heated the debate is around the future of artificial intelligence.>> The tech titans sharply disagreeing on whether government regulation is needed for the technology. On Sunday, during a Facebook Live, Zuckerberg striking an optimistic tone on the future of artificial intelligent, saying it could result in better diagnoses of diseases and the elimination of car wrecks.
