>> A powerful winter storm expecting to cover Upstate New York to Northern Maine, with between 8 to 16 inches of snow, Sunday night. Meteorologists say this storm is expected to intensify into Monday morning, packing strong winds and blizzard conditions for parts of Maine. Forecasters warning most of the northeast to brace for travel disruptions, airline delays, and cancellations.
Coastal areas along New England may also experience flooding. The latest round of wintry weather comes as the northeast recovers from the fiercest snow storm of the season, which dumped more than a foot of snow in some areas Thursday, causing travel delays and school cancellations.
