Officials are looking into whether a possible tornado touched down.>> The roof is gone and water was coming in everywhere, and a window was blown out of another room.
>> The storms, packing dangerous winds and rain, knocked out power to thousands. And, in Northern California, people are bracing for possible flooding from a storm that's dumping heavy rain on the region. This after parts of the state are still cleaning up from a deadly storm that unleashed the wave of rain, killing at least five people and triggering massive flooding and mudslides.
