But her lawyer saying on Friday that she will appear for any summons after the upcoming elections. Le Pen, leader of the anti-immigration and anti-European Union National Front, is a front runner in this year's presidential election. French police detained her bodyguard and chief of staff on Wednesday, questioning them on the same allegations, following a raid on her party headquarters on the outskirts of Paris.
