She sung the National Anthem at President Trump's inauguration. Now Jackie Evancho wants trump to hear her voice on another issue, transgender rights. The singer, who has a transgender sister tweeted the President, saying, u gave me the honor 2 sing at your inauguration. Pls give me & my sis the honor 2 meet with u 2 talk #transgender rights.

She also tweeted her disappointment in the President's decision to rescind. Former president Barack Obama's guidelines which instructed public schools to let transgender students use the bathrooms of their choice. Trump's rollback now gives states and public schools the authority to decide.>> When I heard the news, I was kind of just thinking about my sister and the things that she's gone through.
