I have today in Nissan a team which is very mature, that I trust. And I think when I see how much I am engaged at different level, between Mitsubishi, Renault, Nissan and the level of the alliance. I think it was a time to pass the baton to somebody I have been grooming for many years to take the job.
I have a management team, which is mature today, and that I can trust and recommend to give them full accountability and responsibility for the performance of the company. I'm gonna be, continue to be very heavily involved in Renault. And I'm gonna have to support the V shape recovery of Mitsubishi, okay?
So basically, that's it because there is so much you can do, and there is so much you can focus on, at a certain point in time, you need to make sure that you are where you are needed the most.
