I have today in Nissan a team which is very mature, that I trust. And I think when I see how much I am engaged at different level, between Mitsubishi, Renault, Nissan and the level of the alliance. I think it was a time to pass the baton to somebody I have been grooming for many years to take the job.

I'm gonna be, continue to be very heavily involved in Renault. And I'm gonna have to support the V shape recovery of Mitsubishi, okay?
