nndb Amalie inability to pay army or even speed is threatening to undermine years the hard one military gains against it let me ask about the rebels , corruption dropping the army's morale and weakening in the fight against the militants , it is difficult to envision how the country can rebuild after two decades of chaos without a functioning army , but if the government does not pay soldiers their meager a hundred dollar amount salary I did get a case for many soldiers why haven't been paid for six months of all it is difficult to envisage how Dick Armey we continue fighting a formidable enemy
