The sense that NATO is surrounding it with hostile states.
And it will see this as taking that even a step further.>> The move aimed at deterring Russia, from grabbing anymore territory from former Soviet States. As it did with Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine.>> NATO's addtion of about 400 new troops on Russia's borders, will be an escalation of the current situation.
However, it would be somewhat symbolic. Such a force would be going up against 300,000 plus, Russian troops that are stationed West of Moscow.>> The ramp up coming as soon as next May
