>> After a two week manhunt, Turkish police have arrested the suspect at the center of the Istanbul nightclub attack. Named by officials as Abdulkadir Masharipov, the suspect had been on the run since New Year's Day, after allegedly gunning down 39 people at a popular club. Four other suspects were also arrested during the raid on the hideout in the East of the city, state media releasing footage.
Officials say one Iraqi and three women were taken in alongside the suspected attacker. Islamic state has claimed responsibility for the attack and dozens of others have been arrested by police. The attacker shot his way into the Reina nightclub on January the first. Opening fire with an automatic rifle and reloading half a dozen times.
Along with Turks, visitors from several Arab nations, India, and Canada were among those killed.
