>> Most of the victims were gathered in a sauna when the flames broke out and the main cause of death suffocation rather than burns. According to officials, it was a vehicle in the basement parking lot that first caught fire which then quickly spread through the rest of eight story building.
Video from witnesses show a thick of smoke rising from the area at the time. Officials are looking into the cause of the fire.>>
