>> German police capturing a suspected attack plotter, ending a weekend-long manhunt. Jaber al-Bakr, a 22 year old Syrian refugee, was arrested in Leipzig Sunday night, accused of planning an Islamist motivated bomb attack. Police found explosives in an apartment in Chemnitz on Saturday, after being tipped off by the Domestic Spy Agency.
They say al-Bakr had been in Germany since last year and was not previously known to them. Another Syrian who rented the flat has also been arrested, suspected of being a co-conspirator. Police say they're tired but overjoyed at the manhunt's end.
