Officers and specialist commandos combing the streets Saturday after being tipped off by the Domestic Intelligence Service.
Police found explosives in the man's apartment and describe him as dangerous. The city's main railway station was closed and two people have been arrested. Details of the planned attack are scarce, including how many suspects are involved and their motive. Locals have been told to stay indoors and to come forward if they have any information.
