>> Normally we don't spend a lot of time looking back.>> Apple's Tim Cook now looking to India for growth. Sources say Cook will be making a stop in India this week to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his first official visit to the country as Apple's CEO.
Cook's trip comes at a crucial time, as Apple is looking to expand into new markets after posting its first ever decline in iPhone sales in China and the United States. Although Apple devices are sold in India through distributors, the Indian government just last month approved Apple's request to open its own retail stores in the country.
Right now, Cook is visiting Beijing after announcing a billion dollar investment in Chinese ride sharing app Didi Chuxing which sources say is hoping to go public in the US in 2018.
