COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 1

>> A judge's dismissal of the lawsuit filed by Sumner Redstone's ex on Monday, does not spell the end of the drama. Manuela Herzer filing a new suit the same day the first one was thrown out. This time, she says the 92-year-old's daughter, Shari, invaded her privacy and interfered with the inheritance she was supposed to get in the media mogul's will.
And she's asking for at least $70 million in damages. Reuters correspondent Lisa Richwine says Herzer's lawsuit claimed Shari was pumping her father's nurses for information, and.>> It also says that he was involved with a female escort who was paid $7 million over many years to be his companion.
Includes other details that are gonna generate headlines about the case.>> A spokeswoman for Shari Redstone called the latest from Herzer a quote, baseless attack, and quote, total fiction. In the case thrown out Monday, Herzer alleged Redstone was mentally incompetent when he removed her as his designated healthcare agent.
An expletive-laden deposition, in which Redstone called her names we won't repeat, apparently proved to the judge he was quite aware of what he was doing. Redstone remains the controlling shareholder of both CBS and Viacom.
