>> Kim Yong Chol and Pompeo will meet at the United Nations and discuss details of the on again off again summit now back on for June 12th. Kim Yong Chol is Vice Chairman of the ruling Workers' Party Central Committee, a former spy chief and an operative considered by Washington to be behind the 2014 hacking of Sony Pictures.
>> From what we can see, he's quite an interesting character. He was very much a part of the succession of Kim Jong Un. And you can see him flanking the North Korean leader in many visits that he makes. So, I think we'll get a sense of the power of this man while he is here in New York.
>> Kim Yong Chol is the highest level North Korean official to visit the US in 18 years
