>> I am Reuters photographer Mike Blake and I'm here in San Diego at Comic-Con were 40 years ago what started out as a comic book convention is now turned into this. I've been covering Comic-Con for over ten years now and Hollywood's influence here continues to grow as the comic book characters that most of us all grew up with are now big movie stars, in the sense of CGI, taking Hollywood one step further with technology.
People come here from all over the world to attend this Comic-Con and mostly you have to think it's just to people watch. But a lot of them are big fans of certain characters, certain series of movies, certain comic books, but mostly, people just come here to look at each other, and they're just really excited to, I guess, show off a part of themselves that they don't show off every day.
