>> New details emerging on how a 10 year old died in a water slide accident at the Schlitterbahn Park in Kansas. Authorities on Monday saying Caleb Thomas Schwab, the son of Kansas lawmaker Scott Schwab, died of quote, fatal neck injury at the end of the ride in the pool.
The statement adding the two adult female riders who were not related to the victim also sustained minor facial injuries. The investigation into the deadly accident still ongoing. It is still unknown exactly how the neck injury was sustained.>> All the rides our inspected everyday actually. And our ride was inspected by an outside party before the season starts.

>> Riders on the Verrückt, German for insane, are strapped into a raft that has room for three people and dives in a near vertical descent at 65 miles per hour before being propelled back up by rushing water and plunging a second time to its end. The Schlitterbahn Park is tentatively scheduled to re-open Wednesday, but the water slide will be closed during the investigation.
