>> If you have trouble choosing between dessert and the cheese board, head to the Czech Republic. Outside what's usually a full-time cheese shop, customers queuing for something new, ripened cheese ice cream made from a mature, pungent dairy called tvaruzky, a popular Czech cheese. The general consensus, nice, sweet, but strange.
Most here would eat tvaruzky with bread, onions, and a beer. Shop owner Roman Cincara, hopes for big things when it comes to this cheesy snack, he's sold all available portions and he's applied to have his recipe patented.
