On Monday, a German correspondent was arrested in Turkey on charges of propaganda and incitement of hatred. An arrest that Germany says has caused grave damage to ties. With plenty on the line for both sides, with Turkey's referendum and Germany's election coming up later this year, neither side will want to lose face.
