>> Can we have a winter holiday without a storm? Forecasters saying another one is taking aim Saturday at the US West and Midwest. Expect the skies to dump heavy snow and freezing rain just as millions of holiday travelers take to the road. Blizzard watches are in effect from Nevada and Colorado up through the Dakotas and into Northern Minnesota.

All this as AAA saying 94 million Americans are expected to travel by car over the holiday season. says over 620 flights were cancelled Friday in the United States.
But it's not all bad news, skiers in the Lake Tahoe area can expect a fresh layer of snow in the mountains.
