aos as a fuel truck blows up in the center of a rebel-held town in Syria Saturday. This video recording to show the first moments after the blast. The explosion happened in front of a court house in the northern town of Azaz, killing at least 43 and injuring many more, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The blast so big it was heard across the border in Turkey. Some of the wounded brought there to a state hospital for treatment. Reports say a car bomb planted by Islamic State was to blame. Though there was no immediate claim of responsibility from the militant group.
