>> I have had abuse.>> On Monday Kentucky state Representative Dan Johnson was accused of sexually assaulting a teenaged girl. By Thursday, he's the subject of an autopsy. Johnson found dead from a single gun shot wound the night before, in what authorities are calling a probable suicide, his body lying on the side of the road.

>> He drove his car over the bridge, pulled over to the side of the road, stopped, got out and standing in front of his vehicle from the way the scene looked when I got here.>> Johnson, a first term Republican, and also leader of the Louisville area Heart of Fire church, held a news conference Tuesday during which he denied accusations made by the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting that he molested a girl in 2013 when she was 17.
