COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 2

>> Michael Cohen, on Friday, lost his bid for a gag order to be placed on Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for porn star Stormy Daniels, to stop him from talking about Cohen in media appearances. President Trump's former personal lawyer filed the motion Thursday night in a California court saying Avenatti's verbal attacks on him threatened to turn the case into a media circus and undermine Cohen's ability to get a fair trial.
But in a brief order, the judge said Cohen had not shown he would face immediate irreparable injury without an immediate gag order on Avenatti.>> There's no question in my mind that he's gonna be indicted, and there's no question in my mind that he's gonna try to flip on the President.
This is what happens when you trust your innermost secrets to a moron.>> Avenatti has made 121 TV appearances and sent out more than 400 tweets about the case, according to Cohen's now denied request. Avenatti even posted the judge's Friday decision on his Twitter feed. His client sued Cohen and the President in March, saying Trump never signed an agreement for her to keep quiet about a sexual encounter in 2006.
Trump has denied having sex with Daniels.>> Are you concerned Michael->> I have nothing to do with that.>> Cohen's business practices are the subject of a separate criminal probe based on a referral by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating whether Trump's campaign colluded with Russia.
