>> Mister Bishop.>> FBI agent Chase Bishop made his first court appearance on Wednesday since his now infamous back flip that was caught on video. Bishop is charged with second-degree assault in connection with the June 2nd incident. The video has since gone viral. Police say the 29 year old was off duty when he took to a Denver nightclub dance floor.
As he performed a backflip, his handgun fell from his holster, hit the dance floor, and accidentally shot a man in the leg. In court, the judge ruled that Bishop could return to Washington state where he lives and works. The victim is expected to be okay. The night club has offered him complimentary drinks for life.
Bishop could face additional charges depending on test results of his blood alcohol level. His next court hearing is scheduled for July 10th.
