COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 3

>> I'm Reuters Grace Lee in Singapore, where this morning, Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un woke up in the same city, about 800 meters away from each other. Kim Jong Un was seen pulling into the St. Regis Hotel yesterday afternoon and Donald Trump touched down in Singapore just a little bit after that in the evening and is staying at the Shangri-La, just a couple of steps away.
Today, marks the first full day for the two leaders and already, it's been very busy for both camps. Now I'm at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel where just a few moments ago, a top US negotiator and a North Korean delegation was seen rushing out without commenting after two hours of talks.
What the two parties might have talked about is still a mystery, but likely they’re laying the groundwork before the two leaders meet tomorrow for that big summit. It’s also significant that they’re holding this kind of rushed meeting at this point in time just before the summit. Indicating that there still may a lot of wrinkles that the two camps might have to Iron out before Trump and Kim have an actual conversation.
As for the two leaders, it's not clear what Kim Jong Un's schedule is like today but Donald Trump held a meeting with the Singaporean prime minister receiving a warm welcome much like Kim did yesterday. And of course, ahead of that summit tomorrow, one major talking point is that the definition of denuclearization for both parties is still very different.
Mike Pompeo early today said that the North finally understood what the US's definition is but sources tell us that this summit might not pan out the way that Washington wants it to.
