>> An Iranian cyclist has died after crashing during a race at the Rio Paralympics. Sarafraz Bahman Golbarnezhad suffered a cardiac arrest after coming off his bike on a mountainous stretch of the course Saturday. The 48-year-old was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital.>> This is an absolutely tragic day for the Paralympic movement and also for the games here in Rio.
>> It's the first such death since the games began in 1960. Paralympic cycling officials are promising a full inquiry.>> We're looking to try and gather as much information as we can from people in the area, from people who were in the convoy, to try and build up as clear a picture as we can.
>> A moment of silence is to take place during Sunday's closing ceremony.
