COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 3

>> US President Donald Trump mixed jokes with swipes at his political enemies, praise for authoritarian leaders, and suggested he might meet with the leader of North Korea in two closed-door events over the weekend. On Saturday afternoon he spoke to Republican donors at his Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida. On a recording obtained by CNN, Trump complained that his 2016 presidential rival Hillary Clinton was not under investigation.
The President again, described a quote, rigged system, that he said doesn't have the quote, right people to fix it. He also spoke glowingly of China's Communist Leader, Xi Jinping, who recently consolidated power in Beijing and removed term limits on his own position. Trump called Xi President for life and joked quote, I think it's great.
Maybe we'll have to give that a shot someday. Then he was back to Washington to speak at the exclusive white-tie annual Gridiron Club dinner, an event for a small circle journalists that includes songs, skits and roasts. Between jokes, Trump unexpectedly suggested the US may meet with representatives from North Korea.
Quote, now we are talking and they, by the way, called up a couple of days ago. They said, we would like to talk. And I said, so would we, but you have to denuke, you have to denuke. We will be meeting and see if anything positive happens. It is unclear whether the President was joking, or if formal talks with Pyongyang are imminent.
