>> It appears New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady will be watching from the sideline for four games next season after all. A US Appeals Court Wednesday, refusing to revisit the Deflategate case. Brady's only legal option now, try to get his case heard before the Supreme Court. Reuters legal correspondent, Joseph Ax.
>> It's pretty unlikely that the Supreme Court would hear the Appeal. Generally speaking the court hears only a very small fraction of the thousands of petitions it receives every year. And so Brady would really have to convince them there was some larger issue at play here with regard to federal labor laws, arbitration laws, things of that nature, that would convince them it's worth taking this case.
>> The NFL players' union, coy about its next step. The suspension of the two time MVP Quarterback, was handed down in a highly contentious decision over a year ago, after the NFL discovered under-inflated footballs were used in a win that put Brady's team into the Super Bowl.
