On Tuesday, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates pledged a new $500 million food aid program for Yemen aiming to reach 10-12 million people. Although peace talks fell apart in September when the Houthi failed to show up, the UN envoy to Yemen hopes to try again in Sweden before the end of the year.
