Shrink its width, that is, to about that of a motorcycle. Compare that to a bigger-branded tiny car, like the smart fortwo, which is over 5' wide and can't shrink. The startup behind it, City Transformer, says it'll also cost a lot less than a new smart when it's released in about a year, $13,000, as opposed to over $20,000.
