There's no constitutional grounds for this, it's basically it's not a feasible argument, Charles will be the next king.>> The Prince of Whales will be Britain's oldest crowned monarch if he finally succeeds Queen Elizabeth.
But the Prince is known for his frank manner.>> Bloody people, I can't bear them.>> An opinion over his wearing of the crown is divided, even among royal commentators.>> Charles Prince of Wales is gonna be the best prepared monarch properly in history.>> Frankly, I think we're very lucky he hasn't been king.
I think that if he's a rebel king, the monarchy will be in danger.>> Such critical portraits and nothing new. Polls show Prince Charles' standing has never fully recovered after the breakdown of his marriage to Princess Diana in the 1990's.>> About 75, 80% of the countries say they like the queen.
His popularity is lower than that. It's more like 40%, 50%. Queen Elizabeth being on the throne for 66 years, most people in Britain have grow up with her being the only monarch they will ever know. That could have a serious impact on people's views on the monarchy when the time finally does come for the succession.
