S. Cody says it'll simplified organization reorganizing the company into regional units it'll move its headquarters to Amsterdam from New York that it says will produce taxing cost benefits and get a closer to its main markets the restructuring is expected to cost six hundred million dollars over three years but investors gave a thumbs down to the turnaround plan sending this year's down more than fifteen percent in early trade
